Allison has partnered with Okta…Who is Okta?
Okta is an American identity and access management company based in San Francisco. It provides cloud software that helps companies manage and secure user authentication into applications, and for developers to build identity controls into applications, website, web services, and devices. For more information, visit https://www.okta.com/
Note: systematic email notifications directed by Allison may reference Okta either in the header, body, or footnote of the email. If you have questions regarding one of these communications, please contact HUB@AllisonTransmission.com
What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and why does it exist?
MFA is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two verification factors to gain access the HUB Portal. Rather than just asking for a username and password, MFA requires one or more additional verification factors, which decreases the likelihood of a successful cyber attack

What MFA Options are available? Can I change my MFA?
Allison HUB Portal provides three methods:

Can I share HUB IDs or Accounts with MFA?
