CONDITIONS OF ACCESS

As a condition of being granted access to the information contained on this site (the "Allison HUB"), I UNDERSTAND THAT MY ACCESS TO THE ALLISON HUB IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  1. Use of the Allison HUB is governed by the Terms of Use (here ) and Allison Transmission Privacy policy (here ). 
  2. All of the information contained on the Allison HUB (the "information") is the sole property of Allison Transmission Inc. and/or its affiliates (collectively, "Allison").
  3. The Allison HUB contains Information that is confidential, and all Information on the Allison HUB will be deemed to be confidential unless and until the information is made available to the public by Allison through the publicly accessible (non password-protected) portions of Allison's www.allisontransmission.com website. I will use the Information solely for the purpose of fulfilling my employer's contractual obligations to Allison under its agreement with Allison. I will keep all of the confidential Information confidential and will not copy the Information, use the  Information for any other purpose, or disclose it to any other party, directly or indirectly, without the express written permission of Allison. Failure to keep the information confidential will give Allison the right to terminate my Allison HUB access, hold me and my employer liable for damages, and may result in termination of my employer's agreement with Allison or allow Allison to seek other remedies as provided in that agreement.
  4. The Information on the Allison HUB site has been prepared to help authorized dealers, distributors, original equipment manufacturers, supplier and others that are doing business with Allison to perform their duties and fulfill their obligations under their agreements with Allison. Allison may update the Information from time to time, but Allison will not be liable for any inaccuracies, clerical errors, or failure to update any information. In no event will Allison be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) arising out of an information provided on the Allison HUB (or not provided on the Allison HUB), regardless of whether such damages are based upon tort, warranty, contract, or any other legal theory, even if Allison is advised of the possibility of such damages.
  5. We may collect information on our Users in various ways, including by your voluntary submissions, through surveys, contests, sweepstakes and other promotions, and through “cookie” and other tracking technology. The information we collect is used in a variety of ways including, but not limited to: fulfilling and providing services requested by you, improving the Site and our services, notifying you about updates to the Site and our services, and informing about products, services, and promotions in which you may have interest. We may also share the information you provide with third parties. Further information regarding how Allison gathers, uses, and shares your personal information is set forth in the Allison Transmission Privacy Policy. 
  6. A separate set of Terms and Conditions will apply to any purchases within the Allison HUB.
  7. By selecting the "ACCEPT" button, I agree to these Conditions of Access individually and on behalf of my employer, and I represent that I have the authority to legally bind my employer for this purpose.
